What are the benefits of an adjustable mattress?
iComfort is the no-compromise sleep solution. Its unique adjustable support core allows you to select the preferred firmness on each side of the mattress, so you can both find your ideal comfort level. You can adjust the firmness of your iComfort mattress at any time to meet your body’s changing needs. For example, you might like a little extra softness after a tough workout, or a slightly firmer mattress following a back injury or weight loss.
How do I know which firmness setting to choose?
To find your ideal comfort setting, we recommend you lay on your preferred side of the bed in your normal sleep position, with the mattress set to the firmest setting. Using the remote control or AH Beard MyBed app, choose your side of the bed (left or right, as you are lying on the bed). Using the Plush button/mattress firmness adjustment dial, adjust the mattress so that it gradually gets softer. Stop when you feel the mattress is most comfortable for you. Sleep with the mattress on this setting for a few nights, and then make any adjustments – firmer or softer – as required. We recommend you sleep on a new setting for a few nights before making adjusting the firmness.
How does iComfort track my sleep?
iComfort comes with optional integrated RestOn sleep tracker on each side of the mattress. The sensor strip is positioned below your vital organs, to accurately monitor your heart rate, breathing and movement. It tracks the total time slept, time taken to fall asleep, as well as the number of times you wake up or leave your bed during the night. All of this information is then analysed to generate your nightly sleep score, which is delivered to the A.H. Beard Sleep Tracker App on your smart phone.
Does my phone need to be near my bed for sleep tracking to work?
No, your RestOn Sleep tracker has inbuilt memory and battery, meaning that it will track and store your sleep data even if your phone isn’t in the room. Your phone will then automatically connect to the RestOn in the morning to download and display your sleep results.
Does the A.H. Beard Sleep Tracker App work on iOS and Android devices?
Yes, the app is available on the Google Play Store for Android device, and the App Store for IOS (Apple) devices. Both Apps are free to download.
